Menus

 My menu features an array of ingredient-driven dishes drawing from Southern California’s best regional small farms and artisanal purveyors. Signatures include handmade pasta and noodles, free-range poultry, garden-fresh vegetables and an extensive selection of wine, beer and spirits with an emphasis on local vineyards, distilleries and breweries.
