 What forms of ID are considered valid for confirming a guest’s legal drinking age during alcohol service?

•    Valid U.S. State Driver’s License

•    Valid U.S. State or Federal Government-Issued Identification

•    Valid U.S. Passport and/or Passport Card

•    Valid Military ID issued by the U.S. Department of Defense

•    Valid Foreign Passport (Note: For international guests, California ABC only permits Foreign Passports as valid identification.)


Please note:

•    Any identification suspected or determined to be fraudulent will result in the 

•    denial of alcohol service.

•    Expired identification will not be accepted and will result in the denial of alcohol service.

•    Guests who appear visibly intoxicated will be refused alcohol service and may also be denied entry to the premises.
