Join us at Piper in Oceanside for an intimate one-night collaboration with Uka Sake, where coastal cuisine meets the refined elegance of premium Japanese sake. This multi-course dinner celebrates balance, seasonality, and craftsmanship through a thoughtfully composed progression of dishes.


The evening begins with playful passed bites and evolves into a series of expressive courses, including geoduck crudo, charcoal-grilled sable with shio koji beurre blanc, and A5 wagyu with black garlic bordelaise. Each dish is paired with bespoke selections from Uka, offering insight into the brewery’s philosophy and a harmonious exploration of flavor, texture, and umami.
